| 摘 要： | 近年来，新疆林业厅大力加强干部教育培训工作，切实加强组织领导，不断拓宽培训渠道，坚持按需施训，分类施教，加强监督检查，干部教育培训工作取得显著成效，干部队伍的整体素质得到新的提高。新疆林业干部教育培训工作取得一些经验，但也存在一些问题。在未来的日子里将围绕林业的中心工作，将培训工作推向深入。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the Forestry Department of Xinjiang has vigorously strengthened the education and training of cadres, strengthened organization and leadership, continuously broadened training channels, improved supervision and inspection. Insisting on-demand training facilities, classification of teaching, Cadre education and training has made remarkable achievements and improved quality of the cadres. Xinjiang Forestry cadre education and training has gotten some experience, but there are still some problems. Focusing on the forestry, training work will deepen in future. |
