| 摘 要： | 为进一步摸清烟草种子老化和活力丧失的主要原因,有效地防止种子老化,通过对置于不同贮藏条件下烟草种子活力的定期监测,结果表明：处理1年后,置于冷藏柜和干燥器内的种子活力变化不大,置于室内和温室内的种子随着时间的推移而逐渐老化直至活力完全丧失.优质种子发芽的高峰值在第3～4天,一般7天以后基本没有发芽种子,发芽较整齐;而老化变劣的种子找不到发芽的高峰值,前10天几乎没有发芽的种子,而在40天以后都还有种子在发芽,出现发芽极不整齐的现象.由此看来,冷藏和超干燥是妥善保存烟草种子的良好方法.

| Abstract: | Main canses of aging and vitality losing were further investigated to prerent effectively tobacco seed to aging The vitality of tobacco seed put in the different stored conditions has been measured regularly, the results showed that the seed vitality was not debased stored in refrigerator or in desiccators after disposal for 1 year, but the seed was aging and the vitality was losing when the seed put in the cabinet with room temperature and glasshouse temperature. The high quality seed has the germination peak value in the third to fourth day, and the germination tidy, it does not have seed to burgeon after the seventh days. But for the aging bad seed, it could not found the germination peak value, and few seed can germinate before tenth days, By contraties, it has germination seed after fortyth days, but they are extremely untidyThus it can be seen the refrigerator and desiccators storage are the best method to preserve tobacco seed. |
