| 摘 要： | 建立补血安神胶囊质量控制方法.采用 HPLC 法测定补血安神胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量,色谱柱 C18-ODS(150×4.6mm)、流动相V甲醇:V水=65:35、流速1.0mL/min、检测波长250nm、柱温30℃.五味子醇甲在0.132μg~0.528μg范围内峰面积与含量呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=2484056.277X-9102.8571,且 r=0.9999;精密度 RSD=0.73%,重现性 RSD=2.41%,稳定性RSD=0.49%,回收率平均值为98.74%,RSD=2.62%(n=5).本方法对补血安神胶囊复方制剂中的五味子醇甲含量测定适用、可行,并且可将通过HPLC法测定五味子醇甲含量的方法作为控制本复方制剂的质量标准

| Abstract: | To establish a method for the determination of schizandrol A in Buxue’anshen capsule.Method: Using C18-ODS(150×4.6mm),Vmethanol:Vwater=65:35,250nm detection wavelength,1.0mL/min flow rate,30℃ column temperature.There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of schizandrol A and absorption area value in the range of 0.132~0.528μg.The regression equation was Y=2 484 056.277X-9 102.857 1,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the precision was 0.73%,the HPLCmethod showed good repeatability(RSD=2.41%) and stability(RSD=0.49%),the mean recovery rate was 98.74%(RSD=2.62%,n=5).RP-HPLC method is sensitive,simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of Schizandrol A in Buxue’anshen capsule. |
