| 摘 要： | 杏褪绿卷叶病是新疆杏产区首例发现的植原体病害。在田间调查的基础上,对发病杏树的叶脉、侧芽进行了超薄切片透射电子显微观测。结果表明：在发病杏树的叶、芽韧皮部筛管细胞内,观察到大量典型植原体病原,病原大小为250-1000 nm,在健康杏树的叶、芽韧皮部筛管细胞中未发现上述病原。由此可证实植原体可以引起新疆杏褪绿卷叶病。这是国内对杏褪绿卷叶病的首次报道。 |

| Abstract: | Apricot chlorotic leafroll is a serious phytoplasma-associated disease first discovered in apricot production region in Xinjiang. On the base of field symptomatological diagnosis,ultrathin sections of the sieve elements of apricot with typical leafroll symptoms in the study. The result indicated that a lot of phytoplasma particles were found in sieve tube cells of the leaf midrib, the size of phytoplasma was 250-1000nm. However, these phytoplama were not found in the corresponding tissues from the healthy apricot. It was confirmed that phytoplasma was a kind of pathgens causing apricot chloroyic leafroll in Xinjiang. This is the first report on phytoplasma affecting apricot in China. |
