锰、硼对大豆几种生理效应的影响

摘    要:研究了硼、锰对大豆各生育期一些生理特性的影响。结果表明,适量施锰或硼能提高大豆叶片叶绿素的含量,增加大豆的净光合速率,促进大豆叶片的呼吸速率,降低可溶性糖含量,且锰和硼适量同施作用更显著,表明适量锰和硼在大豆体内呈相互促进作用。在大豆叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率和呼吸速率上,适量施锰较适量施硼处理的作用更大,在大豆叶片的可溶性糖含量上,适量施硼处理较适量施锰处理作用更大。而高浓度的锰或硼处理对大豆叶片上述生理效应产生相反的效果,且高浓度的硼的抑制作用较高浓度的锰更大,表明5mg/L的硼处理已对大豆产生了毒害作用。

Abstract:Effects of manganese (Mn) and /or boron (B) on some photosynthesis of soybean in each soybean growth stage were studied. The results showed that content of chlorophyll, net photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate of soybean leaves were increased and content of soluble carbohydrate of soybean leaves were decreased with ap- propriate Mn and B. The effects of appropriate Mn combination with appropriate B on those photosynthesis charac- teristics of soybean were more apparent, so the relation between appropriate Mn and B was cooperative each other. The effect of appropriate Mn on photosynthetic efficiency of soybean was greater than that of B: content of chloro- phyll, net photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate. The effect of appropriate B on photosynthetic efficiency of soy- bean were greater than that of Mn: content of soluble carbohydrate. The effects of high Mn and /or high B were op- posite to the effects of appropriate Mn and /or appropriate B. The repressing effect of high B on those photosynthe- sis characteristics of soybean was greater than that of high Mn and 5mg/L B was poisonous to soybean.
