白银市降水气候资源评估

摘    要:利用白银市及周边19个气象站和10个水文站的降水资料,分析了白银市降水气候资源的状况。结果表明:1)白银市年降水量分布从南向北递减,南北气候差异大。受地形影响,有一条干舌伸到境内,与周边地区相比,降水量偏少70~150mm。根据250mm的等值线,景泰县、白银区、靖远县西部为干旱区,会宁县、靖远东部、平川区为半干旱区。...

Abstract:Using the precipitation of 19 observational stations and 10 hydrographical stations in the period of 1957 to 2006 in Baiyin and peripheral areas,the precipitation resources for 50 years were analyzed by Pearson Ⅲ distribution,the wavelet analysis method and so on.The results indicated:(1) The annual precipitation decreased progressively from south to the north.For the terrain influence,a tongue like dry was extended within the boundaries,compared with the peripheral locality,the precipitation was less than 70~150mm.According to 250 mm equivalent lines,west Jingtai County,the Baiyin area,Jingyuan County were the arid area,Huining County,eastern part of Tinyuas,the flat country area were semi-arid regions.(2) Plant Growth Period from April to October precipitation occupied 92%~96% of the annual precipitation,its spatial distribution was consistent with the annual precipitation.(3) Under 80% guarantee rate,in eastern part of Jingtai County precipitation was 140 mm,in western Tiger mountainous area precipitation is 170 mm,in Baiyin area 150 mm,north Jingyuan County 150 mm,south 170 mm,the Pingchuan country 170 mm,north Huining County 260 mm,south 300 mm.(4) Taking the Plant Growth Period precipitation 300 mm guarantees rate as the stamdards,water resources of the whole areas from the south could be divided to four areas: Water resources available area,short area,scarce area,rare area.Their arid risks respectively are 20%,35%,65%,90%.(5) Near 50 years Baiyin precipitation has assumes the reduced tendency;the south is more remarkable.In the future the precipitation reducing tendency will continues.
