| 摘 要： | 微卫星标记由于具有数量多、分布广且均匀、多态性丰富、分析快速方便等优点，已被广泛应用于牛的遗传育种之中。本就其在牛遗传育种中的应用研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Microsatellite marker has been widely applied in the study of bovine genetics and breeding becouse of its many advantages,such as large quantity,extensive and even distribution,abundant polymorphisms,rapid and convenient analysis.The study development on the application of Microsatellite marker on bovine genetics and breeding is summarized in this paper. |
