小麦种质资源沉淀值的研究

摘    要:本研究测定了中国15个地区的11286份不同类型的普通小麦种质材料的沉淀值(小麦面筋强度和食品加工品质的一种重要标志)。发现来自不同地区小麦样本的沉淀位有自南向北和自平原到高原逐渐增高的趋势。就不同类型材料而言,我国农家品种,育成品种和国外引进品种的平均测定值无明显差异,但其变异系数依次增大,说明国外品种作为优质源有较大的潜力。

Abstract:Sedimentation values of 11286 germplasm materials of different kinds in common wheat from 15 regions in China were determined in this study. The sedimentation value was an important indication of gluten strength and food-processing quality of wheat. It was discovered that sedimentation values of samples from different regions tended to increase more and more both from the south to the north and from plain to plateau. As concerns the average determinations of different kinds of samples, there was no distinct difference among the past local varieties, the improved varieties in China, and foreign varieties, but their coefficients of variance increased orderly, indicating that foreign materials, as the sources of high quality, had more potentiality.
