| 摘 要： | 披针叶黄华(Thermopsis lanceolata)化学成分的研究是对披针叶黄华各类化学成分进行定性分析,目的是对披针叶黄华的化学成分选用适当的分离纯化方法.通过试管法和纸色谱法确定化学成分后可对披针叶黄华进行活性部位筛选,即比较不同溶剂提取物的活性特点,可以明确活性物质的最佳提取溶剂.

| Abstract: | Study on chemical components of Thermopsis lanceolata was to choose the appropriate separation and purification methods and its chemical composition by various qualitative analysis techniques.Through the tube method and paper chromatography,chemical composition can determine its active site selection,the comparison of different solvent extracts and of the characteristics of activity,clearly demonstrates the best active substances are from solvents compared to paper chromotography. |
