| 摘 要： | 简要分析了农业节水的二个实现途径。在此基础上 ,定义了狭义节水潜力及广义节水潜力。分析认为 ,工程节水措施和管理节水措施的结合在狭义节水潜力的开发过程中起主导作用 ,而农艺节水措施和管理节水措施的结合 ,则在广义节水潜力的实现中发挥着主要作用。并对二种节水潜力的计算方法进行了讨论 ,提出了相应的计算模式 |

| Abstract: | The two ways of realizing agricultural water saving potential are analyzed briefly. Based on the analysis, two kinds of water saving potential are defined. One is narrow sense potential, as the water saving potential in transmitting water from resources to fields, and the other is board sense potential, as the water saving potential in changing stored soil water to final agricultural productions. It is considered that good infrastructure conditions and water management will play a main role in realization of narrow sense water saving potentials, and that good cultivating techniques and production management will be the main factors of effecting development of board sense water saving potentials. The models for calculating narrow and board water saving potentials are also presented in this paper. |
