| 摘 要： | 采用鸡新城疫Lasota株病毒（NDV）和鸡新城疫灭活疫苗按6组不同的免疫程序免疫12只12周龄SPF公鸡，以探索快速制备效价较高的鸡新城疫高免血清的方法。结果表明，不同的NDV剂量可以影响抗体水平增长的速度，免疫剂量越大，抗体水平增长越快；但是NDV两次免疫后只能使抗体水平增长到10log2，而再以灭活疫苗免疫可使抗体水平达到14log2。

| Abstract: | The hyper immunized serum on chicken newcastle disease were p using NDV Lasota strain virus and inactivated vaccine against NDV as antigen to immune twelve SPF chickens. In order to get an effective method to prepare the hyper immunized serum, we did it by different immune programs. The results showed that the different immune dosage of NDV affected the increase of the antibody, more dosage more fast. And NDV made the level of antibody increased to 10 log2, but the inactivated vaccine made it increase to 14 log2. |
