摘    要:针对铧式犁使土垡侧移而无法适应设施农业耕作需求的难题,设计一款新式犁体。基于铧式犁的设计方法水平直元法和翻土曲线族法,提出一种翻土曲元法。通过对犁体导曲线、翻土曲元线的设计,由翻土元线中点穿透于导曲线且翻土元线角度按照规律变化后得到一种翻垡后土垡无侧移且无犁沟的就地翻土犁体曲面,利用Solidworks建立就地翻土犁数学模型。查阅现有土壤物理性质研究成果文献,获得土壤的密度、泊松比、静摩擦系数、动摩擦系数、碰撞恢复系数,通过EDEM软件构建土壤颗粒离散元模型,模拟土壤耕作试验,试验表明犁体耕作效果较好,犁体在6 km/h速度下阻力约为1200 N,为就地翻土犁样机制作与优化提供理论参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that moldboard plow makes furrow slices move laterally so that it is unable to meet the requirement of facility agriculture,a new type of plow was designed.Based on the designing method of moldboard plow Horizontal element method and soil turning curve method,soil turning curve element method was proposed.By designing the guide curve of plow and soil turning curve elements,the midpoint of soil turning element line penetrates guide curve and the angle of soil turning changes according to the law,a kind of in-situ plow surface having no lateral movement and no furrow after soil turning was obtained.Use Solidworks to establish the mathematical model of in-situ plow.Consult the existing literature on soil physical properties to obtain soil density,Poisson s ratio,coefficient of static friction,coefficient of dynamic friction and coefficient of collision recovery.The soil particle discrete element model was constructed by EDEM software to simulate the soil tillage test.The simulated soil tillage test shows that the plow body has a good tillage effect.The resistance of plow body at a speed of 6 km/h is about 1200 N,which provides a theoretical reference for the prototype production and optimization of in-situ plow.
