| 摘 要： | 目的]研究添加外源镉(Cd)的有机肥对小白菜产量、品质及安全性的影响,为安全施用有机肥提供参考。方法]分别采用直接向土壤中添加镉(Cd)、施加添加镉含量为0.003%的有机肥、施加未添加镉的有机肥三种方式进行盆栽试验。结果]施用鸡粪、猪粪、加镉鸡粪和加镉猪粪均能显着提高小白菜生物量,但降低了还原性糖含量,还原性VC含量与未施肥处理差异不显着;有机肥提高了小白菜可食部分硝酸盐含量;加镉鸡粪及加镉猪粪提高了小白菜镉含量。结论]施用有机肥能够提高小白菜产量,但过量施用会降低小白菜部分品质;有机肥能够降低游离态镉的生物有效性;含有重金属的有机肥施入土壤会增加小白菜的Cd含量。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】The project aims to study effects of adding exogenous cadmium organic fertilizer on the yield,quality and security in Chinese cabbage.【Method】Actually,three fertilization methods were used in this pot experiment;that is,cadmium was directly added to soil,organic fertilizer was added with 0.003% cadmium and organic fertizer without cadmium.【Result】The results show that application of adding cadmium to chicken and pig manure significantly improved the Chinese cabbage biomass,but decreased reducing sugar content.Compared with those with no fertilization treatments,there were no significant differences in reducing vitamin C content.Organic fertilizer increased nitrate content of edible parts of Chinese cabbage and adding cadmium to chicken and pig manure enhanced cadmium content of the vegetable.【Conclusion】Application of organic manure could improve the yield of cabbage,but excessive application could reduce some quality. Organic fertilizer could reduce the bioavailability of free cadmium.Applying organic fertilization which carried cadmium into the soil will increase the cadmium content in Chinese cabbage. |
