红木类木材表面材色和光泽度的分布特征

摘    要:采用X-rite SP60积分球式分光光度仪对19种红木类木材表面材色参数进行测量,讨论了这些参数的色空间分布特征,其结果为:L^*为26—47,a^*为1—17,b^*为1~21;V为1~4,C为1~13,H为9R~4Y。大部分分布在YR色调系内,分布在低明度范围(L^*,V值较低)的偏黑色、暗红褐色等深材色树种。ward聚类分析结果:紫檀木类、乌木类、条纹乌木类、黑酸枝木类和鸡翅木类归为第一大类;花梨木类、香枝木类、红酸枝类归为第二大类。两大类之间色度学参数欧式距离为30.8004。对19种红木类木材表面光泽度的测量结果为:红木素材与一般木材相比表面光泽度较高,GZL数值变化范围为5.77%-15.02%,GZT数值变化范围为4.07%~7.7%。

Abstract:The Parameters of wood surface color of 19 rosewood species were measured using X-rite SP60,and their distribution characteristics were also discussed in this paper. The results showed that the variation ranges of parameters L * , a*, b*, V, C and H were 26~47,1 ~ 17,1 ~21;1 ~4,1 ~ 13 and 9R ~ 4Y respectively. Most of them were in YR color and in low lightness. With Ward cluster analysis, it showed that red sandalwood, ebony, strip ebony, black rosewood and Jichi were in the first class, while padauk, scented rosewood and red rosewood were in the second class. Euclidean distance between these two dusters was 30.8004. The wood surface gloss was also measured for 19 rosewood species, The surface gloss of no painted rosewood was higher than that of common wood. The distribution range of GZL was 5 .77 % ~ 15 .02 % , and the distribution range of GZT was 4.07 % -7.7%.
