摘    要:摘要:为了验证新型菌渣复合基质对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,以“翠绿娇子”黄瓜为试材,采用温室营养钵栽培方式,以菌渣、草炭、蛭石、田园土4类基质按照不同体积比例设7个处理,分别为7∶1∶1∶1 (A)、3∶0∶3∶4(B)、1∶1∶1∶1(C)、1∶1∶2∶1(D)、2∶1∶1∶1(E)、3∶2∶3∶2 (F)、3∶3∶2∶2(G),其中以C组为对照,研究不同复合基质的理化性质及其对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,为设施基质栽培黄瓜提供理论依据。结果表明:G处理(菌渣∶草炭∶蛭石∶田园土体积比为3∶3∶2∶2)基质效果最好,理化性质优良,各指标数据显示均符合黄瓜幼苗生长需要;4叶1心时期黄瓜幼苗的株高、叶面积、茎粗、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量和根冠比均显著优于对照及其他处理,建 议在黄瓜温室育苗中应用。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to verify the effect of new mushroom residue composite substrate on the growth of cucumber seedlings, cucumber cultivar ''Cuilüjiaozi'' was used as the test material, and the greenhouse nutrient pot cultivation method was adopted. Seven treatments were set according to different volume ratios of mushroom residue, peat, vermiculite and garden soil, and the ratios were 7 : 1 : 1 : 1 (A), 3 : 0 : 3 : 4 (B), 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 (C), 1 : 1 : 2 : 1 (D), 2 : 1 : 1 : 1 (E), 3 : 2 : 3 : 2 (F), 3 : 3 : 2 : 2 (G), with group C as the control. The physical and chemical properties of different composite substrates and their effects on the growth of cucumber seedlings were studied, so as to provide theoretical basis for cucumber in facility substrate cultivation. The results showed that the substrate effect of G treatment (volume ratio of mushroom residue : peat : vermiculite : garden soil = 3 : 3 : 2 : 2) was the best, and the physical and chemical properties were excellent. The data of each index showed that it met the needs of cucumber seedling growth. The plant height, leaf area, stem diameter, aboveground fresh weight, underground fresh weight and root-shoot ratio of cucumber seedlings at the four-leaf stage were significantly better than those of the control and other treatments. It was recommended to be applied in cucumber seedling of greenhouse.
