蒺藜总黄酮和总皂苷提取工艺的优化

摘    要:以中药蒺藜的总黄酮和总皂苷含量为筛选指标,分别对索氏提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声波提取法设计正交试验,比较3种方法对蒺藜有效成分的提取效率.每种提取方法均分别得到总黄酮、总皂苷的优化方案以及兼顾两者含量的整合方案,最后进行得率比较,优选最佳提取工艺.结果发现微波法对总皂苷的提取得率最高,对总黄酮的提取效率也达到了最高得率的76.3%,单次提取即可同时达到2种物质的最优化,是可以同时兼顾2种物质提取率的较好方法.其最佳提取条件为70%乙醇,液料比为30,静置20 min后提取50 min.该方法简便、提取效率高,可用于蒺藜原料的质量监测与控制.

Abstract:The optimal extraction technology of Tribulus terrestris was studied using the content of total saponins and totals flavonoids as the indicators.Respective orthogonal text was carried on with microwave,ultrasonic wave extraction and soxhlet methods,and all the extraction effects were compared for the filtration of extracting technology.The result indicated that microwave extraction had the advantage of higher efficiency,which had the highest extraction effect of saponins and the highest extraction effect of...
