| 摘 要： | 以中药蒺藜的总黄酮和总皂苷含量为筛选指标,分别对索氏提取法、微波辅助提取法、超声波提取法设计正交试验,比较3种方法对蒺藜有效成分的提取效率.每种提取方法均分别得到总黄酮、总皂苷的优化方案以及兼顾两者含量的整合方案,最后进行得率比较,优选最佳提取工艺.结果发现微波法对总皂苷的提取得率最高,对总黄酮的提取效率也达到了最高得率的76.3%,单次提取即可同时达到2种物质的最优化,是可以同时兼顾2种物质提取率的较好方法.其最佳提取条件为70%乙醇,液料比为30,静置20 min后提取50 min.该方法简便、提取效率高,可用于蒺藜原料的质量监测与控制.
