| 摘 要： | 在深入解析生态型生活小区特点的基础上,综合评述了秦皇岛市生态型生活小区建设方面存在的主要问题,结合秦皇岛市近年城市建设发展情况,从提高城市竞争力、提升城市品位等方面具体分析了秦皇岛市生态型生活小区建设的实践意义.在做好宣传、提高市民意识、推动实施政策等方面提出了今后秦皇岛市生态型生活小区发展的建议,以期促进秦皇岛市城市的良性运作和健康发展.

| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing the characteristics in the urban ecological residential community,present situation and issues of ecological living community in Qinhuangdao city were introduced.Then the practical significance of ecological living community establishment in Qinhuangdao was analyzed through aspects including speeding up the urban competitiveness and city grade.Some advice for the development of ecological living community of Qinhuangdao city was proposed from the aspects of doing good propaganda,increasing public awareness,promoting the policy implementation and so on in order to promote the benign operation and sound development of Qinhuangdao city. |
