| 摘 要： | 为了解决遵义市葡萄生产上品种单一问题,并为筛选优良葡萄品种提供基本数据,试验以葡萄品种维多利亚、奥古斯特、红富士、京亚为材料,采用田间试验结合室内测定的方法,对葡萄的果实性状进行比较研究.结果表明,供试葡萄品种的平均单果重、最大稳重存在显著的差异,果形指数、平均稳重在欧亚种内、欧美种内相互无差异,但2个种之间存在显著的差异；在可滴定酸含量上,2个欧美种品种显著高于2个欧亚种品种；在可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、总糖含量方面,4个品种之间存在一定的差异.相关分析结果显示,可滴定酸含量与可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量之间存在显著的正相关性；最大稳重与平均单果重、平均穗重之间存在极显著的正相关性,果形指数与平均穗重、平均单果重之间存在显著的负相关性.综合比较而言,4个葡萄品种在遵义市可以正常开花结果,能适应当地的自然环境.在避雨栽培方式下,4个品种果实的性状虽然存在一定的差异,但品质都在中上水平,其中欧亚种品种在遵义市的表现要优于欧美种品种.

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of single-variety of grape production in Zunyi city and provide the basic data for breeding excellent grape varieties,the fruit traits of grape varieties Vitis vinifera cv.Victoria,V.vinifera cv.August,V.vinifera×V.labrusca cv.Benifuji,V.vinifera × V.labrusca cv.Jingya were studied by field trials combined with indoor determination method.The results showed that the average fruit weight and the largest spike weight of the tested grape varieties varied significantly.The fruit shape index and average spike weight had no significant difference within V.vinifera L.or V.vinifera × V.labrusca L.group while the difference was significant between the two groups.The content of titratable acid in two V.vinifera × V.labrusca L.varieties was significantly higher than that in two V.vinifera L.varieties.The contents of soluble solids content,vitamin C,total sugar differed among the four varieties.The correlation analysis showed that titratable acidity had significant correlation with soluble solids content and vitamin C content;average fruit weight and maximum spike weight,average spike weight and maximum spike weight was significant positively correlated;average ear weight and fruit shape index,average fruit weight and fruit shape index was significantly negative correlated.According to comprehensive comparison,four grape varieties could grow and fruit normally in Zunyi city as it could adapt to the local natural environment.Fruit quality of 4 varieties under rain shelter cultivation was at the middle and upper level with some difference among varieties.The performance of V.vinifera L.varieties was better than that of V.vinifera × V.labrusca L.varieties in Zunyi city. |
