| 摘 要： | 采用氯仿为溶剂超声辅助提取梭毒隐翅虫(Paederus fuscipes Curtis)的脂溶性成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行了分析鉴定.结果共检出92种脂溶性成分,并鉴定出其中的48种,可鉴定成分相对百分含量之和达到83.41％,其中相对百分含量较高的有(Z)-13-二十二酰胺(12.79％)、二十四烷(9.13％)、二十八烷(8.76％)、油酸乙酯(8.06％)、(Z)-9-十八烯酰胺(5.57％).

| Abstract: | Chloroform was adopted to extract ultrasonically the fat components from Paederus fuscipes Curtis.GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the fat components.92 compounds were found and 48 compounds were identified,which accountted for 83.41% of the total.The main constituents of the fat components were(Z)-13-docosenamide(12.79%),tetracosane(9.13%),octacosane(8.76%),ethyl oleate(8.06%),(Z)-9-octadecenamide(5.57%). |
