| 摘 要： | 为推动重庆武陵山区农村土地整治的健康持续发展,采用文献资料法、案例法、归纳分析法对重庆武陵山区农村土地整治发展中所作的探索进行归纳总结,找出其存在的问题,并对未来的发展提出对策.结果表明,重庆武陵山区紧密结合扶贫开发、现代农业发展和户籍制度改革开展农村土地整治.现行农村土地整治中还存在以下主要问题,即土地整治理念滞后、标准不高、投入不足和效益不高.武陵山区农村土地整治对策为更新整治理念,拓宽整治领域；提高整治标准,优化制度设计；加大资金投入,统筹安排资金;重视公众参与,提高整治效益. |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of land reclamation and readjustment in Chongqing Wuling mountains,the exploration of the development of land reclamation and readjustment was reviewed and the problems existed were found out,then some countermeasures were put forward using the methods of documentation,cases,and inductive analysis.The results indicated that the land reclamation and readjustment in Chongqing Wuling mountains should be combined tightly with the poverty alleviation,modern agricultural development and rural household registration system reform.There were still the following main issues: the concept of land reclamation and readjustment was lag,the standard was not high,the investment was inadequate and the efficiency was low.The countermeasures were to update renovation ideas and broaden the field of regulation,to improve remediation standards and optimize the design of the system,to increase capital investment and overall allocate funds,to emphasis on public participation and improve the remediation efficiency. |
