摘    要:铁是植物生长发育必需的微量元素,也是人体生长不可缺少的微量元素之一.稻米是世界上50%以上人口的主食,水稻可有效从土壤中吸收铁元素供人类食用,改善人类铁缺乏的现状.本文综述了水稻中铁的生理功能和水稻对铁的吸收及转运调控机制,重点阐述了缺铁和铁过量对水稻生长发育、产量和品质的影响,并提出了未来该领域的研究方向,以期为水稻...

Abstract:Iron is an essential trace element for plant growth and development, as well as one of the indispensable trace elements for human growth. Rice is the staple food of more than 50% of the world's population, and it can effectively absorb iron from the soil for human consumption, which helps to improve the status of human iron deficiency. In this paper, the physiological function of iron and the regulation mechanism of iron uptake and transport in rice were summarized. The effects of iron deficiency and iron excess on rice growth, yield and quality were emphatically elaborated. And the future research direction in this field was proposed. It was expected to provide theoretical basis for iron bio-fortification and high yield and quality cultivation of rice.
