摘    要:为合理利用链霉菌3-10的代谢产物,本研究采用不同极性的有机溶剂提取链霉菌3-10发酵液中的抗真菌物质并得到发酵液的提取物.在此基础上测定了温度、紫外线辐射、酸碱度和贮存条件对3-10抗真菌物质稳定性的影响.结果表明,乙酸乙酯为最佳提取溶剂,链霉菌3-10发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物对灰霉病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,提取后余...

Abstract:In order to better utilize the secondary metabolites from Streptomyces sp. 3-10, the crude extracts with antifungal activity were extracted by using different organic solvents from the cultural filtrate of Streptomyces sp. 3-10. The stability of the antifungal substance was investigated for response to temperature, pH, UV-irradiation and storage conditions. The results showed that ethyl acetate was the best organic solvent to extract the antifungal substance from the cultural filtrate, as the crude extract by ethyl acetate exhibited high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea. The crude extract was sensitive to temperature higher than 80℃ UV-irradiation for 1 min could compromise the antifungal activity of the crude extract, and the antifungal activity of the crude extract nearly lost after UV-irradiation for 5 min. The crude extract showed high antifungal activity in acidic condition, but lost in alkali condition. The lyophilized powder of the crude extract could maintain its antifungal activity at 4℃ and room temperature for 100 d. The stability and storage condition study of the crude extract can provide data support for future applying of Streptomyces sp. 3-10 as a biocontrol agent.
