摘    要:以浙江省各地种植的32份向日葵种质为材料,利用17对简单重复序列标记引物结合高分辨率熔解曲线技术对32份材料进行遗传多样性分析与DNA指纹图谱构建.聚类分析结果表明,该32份材料遗传多样性相对较低,大部分材料的亲缘关系与其地理来源、所属类型基本一致.本研究创新了向日葵种质资源的鉴定方法,为进一步利用高分辨率熔解曲线技术...

Abstract:Combined with high-resolution melting curve analysis technology, 17 pairs of core simple sequence repeats (SSR) primers were screened out for genetic diversity analysis and DNA fingerprint construction of 32 sunflower lines collected from Zhejiang Province.The results of cluster analysis showed that genetic diversity among the 32 materials was relatively low, and genetic relationships among most of 32 materials were consistent with their geographical sources and types. This study innovated the identification method of sunflower germplasm resources, and laid a foundation for further research on identification of sunflower germplasm by microsatellite high-resolution melting technique.
