陕西某规模化猪场主要疫病免疫抗体水平的评估与分析

摘    要:为评估陕西某规模化猪场对当前主要疫病采取的疫苗免疫防控效果,应用ELSIA等方法对全场母猪群、公猪群及各年龄段商品猪进行了主要疫病抗体水平检测,对抗体阳性率、平均值等数据综合分析以期指导优化猪场防疫策略。检测结果发现:种猪群猪瘟、口蹄疫抗体阳性率均在80%以上,显示当前猪瘟和口蹄疫防疫措施和疫苗免疫效果良好。发现种公猪伪狂犬gE抗体阳性率高达67%,各阶段母猪伪狂犬gE抗体阳性率从60%~80%不等,显示猪群伪狂犬野毒抗体阳性率很高,野毒感染压力很大,是猪场安全运行重大风险。检测发现虽然免疫疫苗,但种猪蓝耳抗体阳性率在40%~80%之间,s/p在0.30~1.06之间,断奶后仔猪蓝耳抗体经历了全面转阴,100日龄又再次转阳现象。这种现象反映出母猪群蓝耳免疫保护率低,仔猪断奶后母源抗体消失归零后在育肥中期猪群又接触到了病毒发生转阳,这个过程也是影响猪场育肥平稳生产关键阶段,应该提前给与预防性措施或增加仔猪的疫苗免疫。

Abstract:To evaluate the effectiveness of vaccine immunization against the major diseases in a large-scale pig farm in Shaanxi Province, ELSIA and other methods were used to detect the antibody levels for the major diseases in sows, boars and commercial pigs of all ages. The positive rate and average value of the antibody were comprehensively analyzed to guide the optimization of the epidemic prevention strategy of the pig farm. The results showed that the positive rates of swine fever and foot-and--mouth disease antibodies in breeding pigs were more than 80 %, indicating that the current epidemic prevention measures and vaccine immunization effects of swine fever and foot-and-mouth disease were good. It was found that the positive rate of pseudorabies gE antibody in boars was as high as 67%, and the positive rate of pseudorabies gE antibody in sows at all stages ranged from 60 % to 80 %, indicating that the positive rate of pseudorabies wild virus antibody in pig herds was high, and the pressure of wild virus infection was great, which was a major risk for the safe operation of pig farms. It was found that the positive rate of blue ear antibody was 40%~80 % and the s/p was about 0.3~1.06, although the vaccine was immunized. After weaning, the blue ear antibody of piglets turned negative completely and turned positive again at 100 days of age. This phenomenon reflects the low immune protection rate of blue ear in sows. After weaning, the maternal antibody disappeared and returned to zero, and the pigs were exposed to the virus in the middle stage of fattening. This process is also a key stage affecting the stable production of pig farms. Early preventive measures or increased vaccine immunization for piglets should be considered.
