摘    要:以甘薯品种胜利百号脱毒试管苗为材料,以不同浓度的MS为基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的6-BA、NAA和蔗糖,通过正交试验筛选胜利百号脱毒试管苗离体培养的适宜增殖培养基,试验结果表明胜利百号甘薯试管苗的最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.03 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L;通过单因子试验筛选适宜试管苗根诱导及生长的基本培养基和NAA浓度,结果表明适宜的胜利百号试管苗生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L。

Abstract:The virus-free test tube plantlets of sweet potato variety Shengli-100 were used as materials, different concentrations of MS of were used as the basic medium, and different concentrations of 6-BA, NAA and sucrose were added, respectively. Through orthogonal test, the suitable propagation medium for in vitro of virus-free test tube plantlets of Shengli-100 was selected. The results showed that the optimal proliferation medium of Shengli-100 sweet potato was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.03 mg/L + sucrose 20g/L + agar 6.5g/L;The concentration of MS and NAA suitable for root induction and growth of test tube seedlings were selected by single factor test. The results showed that the appropriate rooting medium of Shengli-100 sweet potato is 1/2ms + NAA 0.01 mg/L + sucrose 20g/L + agar 6.5 g/L.
