| 摘 要： | 运用自制的升华提取装置，首次从药材僵蚕中提取出大量具有升华性质的化合物，并通过红外光谱、高效液相色谱及X射线衍射等方法鉴定其为天然碳酸氢铵。同时选择黄粉虫为试虫对此升华物的杀虫活性进行了研究，结果表明，此升华物在熏蒸试验中具有杀虫活性。

| Abstract: | A great quantity of sublimate was first extracted from Bombyx batryticatus by self-designed equipment for sublimation extraction.The sublimate was identified as natural ammonium bicarbonate by the methods of infrared spectra,X-ray diffraction and high performance liquid chromatogram.Moreover,the insecticidal activity of the sublimate was studied with Tenebrio mditors.Result shows that the sublimate has insecticidal effect by fuming experiment. |
