摘    要:目的]探索双孢菇菇柄中麦角硫因的最佳提取工艺条件。方法]以双孢菇菇柄为原料,采用氧化铝柱层析提取其麦角硫因,考察上样量、洗脱剂组成,以及上样液pH值和洗脱速度等层析操作对麦角硫因回收率和纯度的影响。结果]最佳提取条件为上样体积20ml,洗脱剂70%乙醇,上样pH值9.0,流速2ml/min。在最佳条件下,麦角硫因回收率91.2%,纯度25.6%。结论]该研究为双孢菇加工废弃物综合利用提供新的途径及参考。 更多还原

Separation of Ergothioneine from Mushroom Handle of Agaricus bisporus by Alumina Column Chromatography

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimum conditions for extracting ergothioneine from mushroom handle of Agaricus bisporus.Method] Ergothioneine was extracted from the mushroom handle of Agaricus bisporus by alumina column chromatography.The feed volume,elution buffer,ethanol concentration,sample pH and elution rate were optimized with recovery rate and purity as indicators.Result] The optimum extraction conditions are as follows:feed volume;20 ml;elution buffer,70% ethanol;sample pH,9.0;and elution rate,2 ml/min.Under the above conditions,the recovery rate and purity were 91.2% and 25.6%,respectively.Conclusion] This study provides a new way and method for comprehensive utilization of processing wastes of Agaricus bisporus.
