| 摘 要： | 目的]介绍一种简便的建立大鼠心肌肥厚模型的方法。方法]健康成年SD大鼠20只,试验组（10只）皮下注射异丙肾上腺素（ISO）,对照组（10只）皮下注射生理盐水。计算2组大鼠HW/BW、LVW/BW;观察2组大鼠心脏的组织病理变化;检测血清乳酸脱氢酶、总抗氧化能力、碱性磷酸酶的活力及丙二醛的含量。结果]与对照组相比,试验组大鼠的HW/BW、LVW/BW均明显升高;心肌细胞直径明显变大,细胞间质增多,细胞间距变大;血清中乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶的活力及丙二醛的含量明显升高,而血清总抗氧化能力明显降低。结论]大鼠心肌肥厚模型造模成功,该方法技术简便,容易掌握。 |

A Simple Method of Establishing Rat Model of Myocardial Hypertrophy |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to introduce a simple method of establishing rat model of cardiac hypertrophy.Method] Isoproterenol(ISO) was injected to 20 healthy adult SD rats and 10 rats(test group) by subcutaneous injection.Normal saline was injected to 10 rats in control group by subcutaneous injection.HW/BW and LVW/BW in two groups of rats were calculated.The pathological changes of the heart in two groups of rats were observed.The activities of lactate dehydrogenase,total antioxidant capacity,alkaline phosphatase and MDA content in serum were detected.Result] Compared with control group,HW/BW and LVW/BW in rats of experimental group were increased significantly.The diameter of rat myocardial cells was significantly larger.The intercellular substance increased and cell spacing became larger.The activities of lactate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphate,MDA content in serum significantly increased.But total antioxidant capacity in serum decreased significantly.Conclusion] The modeling of rat cardiac hypertrophy model was successful and the method was simple and easy to grasp. |
