摘    要:为了解七星瓢虫控制苜蓿上豌豆蚜的能力,在实验室智能人工气候箱,于培养皿中放入其不同龄幼虫和不同头数进行培养,最后测定了七星瓢虫各龄幼虫及雌雄成虫对豌豆蚜的捕食功能反应。结果表明,七星瓢虫4个龄期幼虫和雌雄成虫的功能反应均符合功能反映曲线Holling-Ⅱ型;七星瓢虫雌成虫的攻击率最大,处置时间最短;同一发育时期的七星瓢虫在豌豆蚜不同密度时的捕食量差异显著;根据捕食功能反应数据,该模型预测了七星瓢虫1~4龄幼虫及雄、雌成虫对豌豆蚜的最大捕食量分别是5.7、11.5、32.1、59.5、57.1和76.9头/d。

Abstract:The functional response of Coccinella septempunctata to Acyrthosiphon pisum was investigated under laboratory condition to find out the control ability of C.septempunctata to A.pisum in alfalfa.The results indicated that plotting prey density against prey killed by four larval instars,and adult C.septempunctata match the Holling-II curve.The adult female had the highest attack rate and shortest handling time.The prey consumption of C.septempunctata were significant differences in the same stage under various prey densities.The model predicts a maximum of predation per day by individual were 5.7,11.5,32.1,59.5,57.1,and 76.9 nymphs respectively which corrsponding first,second,third,fourth instars,adult males,and adult females.
