花绒穴甲室内发育研究

摘    要:该研究在实验室人工条件下饲养完成花绒穴甲两个发育世代.结果表明花绒穴甲成虫用人工饲料饲养,成虫将卵产在虫道的缝隙和折形纸条上,卵孵化率最高为89 % .花绒穴甲初孵幼虫寄生力强,一头初孵幼虫足以麻痹体重在0 .5 ~0 .9 g 的松褐天牛老熟幼虫,同样还可麻痹杀死多种昆虫幼虫.花绒穴甲幼虫连续寄生取食寄主5 ~7d ,历经6 个龄期,发育为老熟幼虫并结茧化蛹,花绒穴甲幼虫多寄生时发育不良,中途将花绒穴甲幼虫转移到新寄主体上继续取食较困难.室内饲养花绒穴甲的生活周期,从第一代成虫产卵发育至第二代成虫羽化需50 ~70 d.

Abstract:Two development generations of Dastarcus helophorides with artificial feeding in the lab were finished. Preoviposition periods of female adult of Dastarcus helophorides fed with artificial fodder at laboratory conditions (at constant temperature 28℃,16h light ,8h dark eachday)were three months. Adults of Dastarcus helophorides spawned eggs in the gap of cavities and on the furling paper.Highest incubaton rate of was 89%. Newly hatched larvae had parasitic ability. Newly hatched larvae even could numb mature larvae of Monochamus alternatus weighted 0.5~0.9?g . The larvae of Dastarcus helophorides continously parasited and ate the hosts for 5~7 days.After 5 instars the larvae growed for mature larvae and pupation. Excessively parasiting lavvae were hypogenesis. When displaced and parasitied on the new hosts in the midway larvae could not continue its eating. Its life cycle needs 50~70 days from adult of stock generation to the adult of filial generation.
