摘    要:目的:观察人参皂苷Rg1对体外培养的人黑素细胞MV3增殖、黑素合成的影响。方法:体外培养黑素细胞,给予不同浓度人参皂苷Rg1(80、40、20、10、5、2.5μg/mL)处理48h后,四甲基偶氮唑蓝法(MTT)观察人参皂苷Rg1对细胞增殖的影响,比色法测定黑素含量变化情况。结果:人参皂苷Rg1 80~10μg/mL剂量能抑制黑素细胞增殖(P<0.01),减少黑素合成(P<0.01或P<0.05),2.5μg/mL剂量则促进黑素细胞增殖,但对黑素合成作用不明显。结论:人参皂苷Rg1可抑制黑素细胞增殖,减少黑素合成,这可能是其具有美白作用的机制之一。

The effects of ginsenoside Rg_1 to melanine synthesis on human melanocyte cell line MV3

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rgl to melanine synthesis on human melanocyte cell line MV3. Methods: Cultured the MV3 cells and administrated with ginsenoside Rg1, the concentrations were 80.40.20.10.5 and 2.5 μg/mL respectively, 48 hours later, observed the influence of ginsenoside Rg, to the MV3 cell proliferation with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTr) method, and evaluated the change of melanine content with colorimetric method. Results: At 80-10 μg/mL concentration, ginsenoside Rgl inhibited the proliferation of MV3 cells, and decreased the synthesis of melanine, on the contrary, 2.5 μg/mL concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 stimulated the proliferation of MV3 cells, but the increasing of melanine synthesis was blunt. Conlustion: Ginsenoside Rg1 inhibited the proliferation of MV3 ceils and decreased the synthesis of melanine, these may be one of its mechanisms on whiteninz effect.
