谷氨酰胺对断奶仔猪免疫功能的影响

摘    要:选取21日龄杜大长断奶仔猪60头,研究日粮中添加1%谷氨酰胺对断奶仔猪免疫功能的影响。断奶10日龄,对照组血清IgG、IgM水平比断奶前有降低趋势,试验组血清IgG、IgM水平无明显下降,对照组和试验组血清IgA水平比断奶前提高20.31%(P〉0.05)、28.13%(P〈0.05),试验组血清IgG和IgM水平分别比对照组高34.67%(P〈0.05)和32.58%(P〈0.05)。断奶20日龄,试验组血清IgA和IgM水平分别比对照组高15.22%(P〈0.05)和30.66%(P〈0.05)。T淋巴细胞增殖分化率分析结果显示,对照组和试验组增殖率分别为16.52%、28.92%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验组肠系膜淋巴结的DNA含量较对照组提高9.18%(P〈0.05)。断奶10日龄和断奶20日龄的对照组与试验组间C3、C4水平差异不显著。

Abstract:Sixty 21-day weaning piglets were selected to study the effects of 1% glutamine supplementation in diets on the immunity.The results showed:on 10th day postweaning,IgG and IgM concentration of serum in control decreased 21.44%(P>0.05) and 28.23%(P>0.05) than preweaning,IgA in 1.0% Gln group increased 28.13%(P<0.05) than preweaning,IgA,IgG,IgM concentration of serum in Gln group was 6.49%(P>0.05),34.67%(P<0.05) and 32.58%(P<0.05) higher respectively than those in control.Supplementation of Glutamine enhanced IgA,IgG and IgM concentration in serum by 15.22%(P<0.05),2.28%(P>0.05),30.66%(P<0.05) as compared to the control on 20th day post weaning.Glutamine supplementation significantly increased the T lymphocyte proliferation rate by 75.06%(P<0.05) in vitro.The DNA content of mesenteric lymph nodes in Glu group was 9.18%(P<0.05) higher than that in control.
