柳杉苗期物候观测及苗木性状的逐步聚类分析

摘    要:根据 1983年在霞浦杨梅岭林场所育的柳杉 30个种源苗期物候观测数据分析表明 :柳杉种子膨胀期为 4月 3~ 9日 ,发芽期在 4月 10~ 12日 ,真叶出现期在 4月 10~ 18日 ,出苗始期在 4月 12~ 2 4日 ,出苗高峰期在 4月 30日~ 5月 6日 ,出苗末期在 5月 1~ 8日。平均场圃发芽率 2 9 4 % ,最高为 78% (浙江临海、上杭步云 ) ,最低为 4 % (宁德霍童 )。苗木高、径生长高峰期在 9~ 10月 ,分别占年生长量的 5 2 1%和 5 6 8% ,9~ 10月的苗木长势将对苗木品质的影响极大。对苗木性状的逐步聚类分析表明 ,苗木品质好的种源有湖南南岳等 5个种源 ,苗木品质差的种源有宁德霍童等 5个种源

Abstract:The analysis shows that Cryptomeria fortunei seed swelling period is Apr. 3 rd ~Apr.9 th ,the germination period is Apr. 10 th ~Apr.12 th .The true leaf emergence period is Apr.10 th ~Apr.18 th .The early seedling emergence stage is Apr.12 th ~Apr.24 th ,the peak seedling emergence stage is Apr. 30 th ~May 6 th ,the late seedling emergence stage is May 1 st ~May 8 th .The average field germination rate is 29.4%,the highest is 78%(Linhai,Zhejiang Province and Buyun,Shanghang County) and the lowest is 4%(Huotong,Ningde City).The peak seedling height and diameter growth stages are from Sep. to Oct.,the growth amounts account for 52.1% and 56.8% of annual growth amounts respectively.The seedling growth vigour during Sep. and Oct. will have an extremely big effect on seedling quality.The stepwise cluster analysis on seedling characters shows that provenances with good seedling quality include 5 provenances from Nanyue,Hunan Province,etc.and those with poor seedling quality include 5 provenances from Huotong,Ningde City,etc.
