摘    要:为了研究接菌剂对牛粪堆肥过程中温度、pH、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、总氮、总磷和总钾含量变化的影响,以木质纤维素分解复合菌系为接菌剂,以牛粪为主要堆肥原料,进行了59 d的堆肥试验。结果表明,接种处理与对照相比,堆体温度达到50℃时间提前4 d,50℃以上的持续时间比对照长7 d,pH值下降的速度快,堆体中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的降解率分别比对照提高了12.8%、3.51%和4.78%,接种处理促进了木质纤维素类物质的降解,减少了3.9%的总氮损失,但是对全磷和全钾的影响不大。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of inoculants on the content change of temperature,pH,cellulose,hemi-cellulose,lignocelluloses,total Nitrogen,total Phosphate and total potassium content in the composting process,the composting experiment of 59 days was carried out by depredating the bacterial community with lignocelluloses as inoculants and the cattle manure as the main composting material.Results indicated that by comparing the inoculation treatment with control,when the temperature of compost pile reaches 50 ℃,the duration will be shorten by four days,and the duration of above 50 ℃ will be lengthened by seven days and the pH will also decrease quickly,and in the composting process,the degradation rate of cellulose,hemi-cellulose and lignocelluloses increase by 12.8%,3.51% and 4.78% comparing with the control,respectively.The inoculation treatment promotes the degradation of lignocelluloses' material,and reduced the total Nitrogen loss by 3.9%.However,it is found that there are not great effects on the total Phosphate and total potassium.
