东魁杨梅营养器官的生化成分分析

摘    要:采用凯氏定氮法和分光光度法对东魁杨梅各营养器官的生化成分进行了测定。结果表明,叶片总糖、总蛋白和游离蒽醌含量最高,根皮次之;根皮和茎皮粗脂肪含量较高,根木质部次之;茎皮总黄酮、总绿原酸、总鞣质含量最高,根皮次之。
