摘    要:采用姬松茸悬浮细胞系研究镉、磷、钙在细胞中的积累和分布特征及其交互作用。结果表明,培养基中低浓度镉能促进姬松茸细胞的生长,姬松茸细胞能大量积累镉,镉、磷、钙大部分被截留在细胞壁上,小部分进入细胞质和液泡内,细胞含镉量随培养基中镉浓度的提高而提高,但钙和磷含量却随之下降,高浓度钙和磷能有效地降低细胞中的镉含量。

Abstract:The accumulation and distribution of cadmium, phosphorus and calcium and their interactions in A. blazei Murrill cells were studied using the suspension cell system of A. blazei. The results showed that low concentration of cadmium in the culture medium could improve the growth of A. blazei Murrill cells. The A. blazei Murrill cells could accumulate a lot of cadmium from the culture medium. Most of the cadmium, phosphorus and calcium were accumulated in cell wall, only a little were accumulated in cytoplasm and vacuole. The content of cadmium in A. blazei cells increased with the increment of the concentration of cadmium in the culture media, while the content of calcium and phosphorus in A. blazei cells reduced. And the high concentration of calcium and phosphorus could effectively reduce the cadmium content in A. blazei Murrill cells.
