| 摘 要： | 本文通过棉花组织水提取物对自身化感作用及连作障碍的模拟试验,对棉花化感自毒作用进行了探索。结果发现:提取物的固液比(g/ml)大于1:200,对棉花种子的发芽率有抑制作用,而水提取物对苗长则表现出低促高抑,随着浓度降低抑制作用减弱,当固液比(g/ml)降至为1:150时,开始表现为促进作用。

| Abstract: | Simulated experiment of Continuous Cropping Stress and autotoxicity in cotton were conducted.The results showed that When the rate of extracts（g/ml） is larger than 1：200,it will resist the germination of cotton seed,but promote length of seedling.Meanwhile,with the concentration of extracts decreasing,the resistant effect is weak and weak.While the rate of solid and liquid fall to 1：150,it start to put up promoting effect. |
