摘    要:以恒巨双龙蝴蝶兰为材料,在低温条件下研究了不同激素组合、不同浓度的6-BA、GA3和水杨酸(SA)处理对蝴蝶兰开花性状的影响。结果表明,一定浓度的6-BA、GA3能够有效地增加蝴蝶兰花朵数量,一定浓度的SA能够增加蝴蝶兰花朵的直径。综合比较得出,6-BA 300 mg/kg+SA 300 mg/kg处理能够增加花朵数量5.7朵,增加花朵直径2.9 cm;GA3100 mg/kg+SA 100 mg/kg处理能够增加花朵数量4.0朵,增加花朵直径1.0 cm,但是容易造成花朵畸形、勾头等影响开花品质的现象;6-BA 300 mg/kg处理能够增加花朵数5.8朵,增加花朵直径0.5 cm。6-BA 300 mg/kg+SA 300 mg/kg处理的花期最长,为204.3 d,且其综合表现优于其他3个处理,建议生产上采用该处理,以便提高蝴蝶兰成花的品质。

Effect of Different Hormone Combinations on Quality of Phalaenopsis amabilis Blossom under Low Temperature Condition

Abstract:Taking the Ever Great′Double Dragon′ as material,effect of different hormone combinations and concentrations of 6-BA、GA3 and SA treatment on quality of Phalaenopsis amabilis blossom were studied under low temperature condition.The results showed that certain concentration of 6-BA and GA3 could well increase the flower numbers of Phalaenopsis amabilis,and certain concentration of GA3 could increase the diameter of the flower of Phalaenopsis amabilis.Comprehensive comparison that treatment 6-BA 300 mg/kg+ SA 300 mg/kg could increase 5.7 flowers and the diameter of 2.9 cm.Treatment GA3 100 mg/kg +SA 100 mg/kg could increase 4.0 flowers and the diameter of 1.0 cm,but could lead to deformity and eave tile of flowers etc.Treatment 6-BA 300 mg/kg could increase 5.8 flowers and the diameter of 0.5 cm.Treatment 6-BA 300 mg/kg+SA 300 mg/kg,flower season was the longest,reached 204.3 days.Therefore it′s was better than the other three treatments and suggested to produceto increase the quality of Phalaenopsis amabilis.
