黄花菜无性系快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:用黄花菜心叶、花被筒、花薹、花丝等外植体在不同培养基上培养,结果表明:花薹外植体的愈伤组织诱导率最高,为51.3%;诱导愈伤组织的培养基以MS+2,4-D2mg.L(-1)最好;再生植株以MS+6BA1mg.L(-1)+NAA0.1mg.L(-1)为芽分化培养基、MS+ABT2mg.L(-1)为根分化培养基的效果最佳。快速繁殖技术取材广,不伤母根,繁殖系数高,是加速黄花菜种苗繁育的有效途径。

Study on the Technique of Clone Rapid Propagation in Daylily
Abstract:in this study, heart leaf,involucre pedicel, filament of Daylily were explanted on different mediums. The results showed that the percentage of callusinduction from pcdiccl was the highest (51. 3 % )in four explants. The use of MS+ 2. 4─D 2mg. L(-1)medium resulted in the highest mean frequency of callus formation.When MS+ 6BA 1 mg.L(-l) +NAA 0. 1mg. L-1 was used for medium Of bud differentiation and MS+ABT 2 mg. L(-1) was used for medium of root differentiation,the effect on plant regeneration was the best. This technique of clone rapid propagation is not only with extensive material taking and higher propagating coefficient but also without harming the parent plant. It is an effective way of rapid seedling reprodrction.
