| 摘 要： | 以云南晋宁县森林防火系统建设为例,阐明了目前林业形势下县级森林防火辅助决策系统应解决的主要问题，提出了系统框架、系统数据库和系统主要功能的设计要点，讨论了林火预警、林火蔓延等关键技术问题和目前系统的不足，提出在条件许可的情况下对应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Taking the Yunnan indicates the main problems Jinning information system of forest that county level assistant decision fire prevention as an example, the paper -making of forest fire prevention should solve under the current forestry circumstances. The design essentials of system frame, system database and system main functions are analyzed and raised. The key technical problems about forest fire prediction and forest fire spreading are discussed. Aiming at deficiency of the system ,the corresponding solving scheme which is under condition permission situation is brought forward. |
