转基因玉米种子萌发期抗旱性鉴定

摘    要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)高渗溶液,对13个转基因玉米自交系进行了种子萌发期模拟水分胁迫发芽试验,研究了渗透胁迫模拟干旱对抗旱转基因玉米种子萌发状况的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫对玉米发芽势、发芽率、根数、胚根长、胚芽长、贮藏物质转化率等均有不同程度的影响,不同转基因玉米自交系在抗旱性上存在明显差异。同时,使用隶属函数法对参试转基因玉米自交系的种子萌发抗旱性进行了分析评价,其中SD10为萌发期抗旱性较强的自交系;CBF-3-4、SD13、SD05、CBF-1-4、CBF-6-5、SD-P3、SD-P5为萌发期抗旱性中等的自交系;SD06、CBF-3-1、SD07、SD-P1、SD-P4为萌发期抗旱性较弱的自交系。种子萌发抗旱指数与隶属函数对玉米自交系抗旱性分析结果比较一致。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out with 13 transgenic inbred lines of maiz e under the polyethylene glycol (PEG) simulated water stress to study the impact of osmotic stress on seed germination. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, root number, radicle length, plumule length and tra nsforming rate of storage substance in maize were affected by drought stress to different extend, and there existed significant differences in drought resistanc e among different inbred lines. The quantitative evaluation by using subordinate function method indicated that SD10 was the inbred line with high drought-resis tance; CBF-3-4, SD13, SD05, CBF-1-4, CBF-6-5, SD-P3 and SD-P5 were the inbred li nes with mid drought-resistance; and SD06, CBF-3-1, SD07, SD-P1 and SD-P4 were the inbred lines with low drought-resistance. The analysis results obtained by grain drought resistant index (GDRI) were similar to those by subordinate function method.
