| 摘 要： | 对3种药用真菌发酵液多糖进行小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖试验,结果表明:3种药用真菌发酵液多糖对小鼠脾细胞具有增殖作用,但与剂量存在依赖关系。最适剂量赤芝发酵液多糖100μg/mL、蝉花菌发酵液多糖400μg/mL、硫磺菌发酵液多糖50μg/mL。

| Abstract: | To investigate the influence of polysaccharide from broth of medicinal fungus on proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocyte.Three kinds of polysaccharides were included in the study from broth of Laetiporus sulphureus,Ganoderma lucidum and Cordyceps sobolifera.The results showed that all polysaccharides could promote significantly the proliferation effect of mouse splenic lymphocyte,but dose-effect relationship existed.The optimum dose of polysaccharide of fermentation liquid was respectively polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide 100μg/mL,Cordyceps sobolifera 400μg/mL and polysaccharide of Laetiporus sulphureus 50μg/mL. |
