| 摘 要： | 目的]对猪IRGC基因进行序列分析,为进一步研究其功能奠定基础。方法]采用EST信息和测序相结合的方法分离了猪IR-GC基因,并与人、牛、犬和猩猩IRGC基因进行序列相似性分析。结果]获得了1 558 bp的cDNA序列,其登录号为EU703776,与人、牛、犬和猩猩IRGC基因的序列分别有86%、90%、91%和84%的相似性。序列分析表明,该基因编码的464个氨基酸与人、牛、犬和猩猩的相似性分别达到了90%、93%、95%和90%。结论]成功提取了猪IRGC基因,其具有人、牛、犬和猩猩类似的结构和功能。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of this research was to analyze the sequence of pigs IRGC gene and lay the foundation for further study of its function.Method] Pig IRGC gene was cloned with the method of EST information and sequencing.Its similarity analysis with IRGC gene sequence of people,cattle,dog and orangutan was then performed.Result] The size of cDNA of pig IRGC gene is 1 558 bp with GenBank accession number EU703776.The sequence shared high similarity with human(86%),cattle(90%),dog(91%) and orangutan(84%).... |
