| 摘 要： | 以代表性杂交籼稻品种为材料,研究超级两系杂交籼稻扬两优6号的结实特性.结果表明:扬两优6号的产量较两优培九和汕优63分别提高15.05%和16.63%;与汕优63相比,扬两优6号的总颖花量高19.11%;与两优培九相比,扬两优6号的结实率和千粒重高7.86%和3.27%.扬两优6号与两优培九相比,起始灌浆势大,灌浆速率快,到达最大粒重的时间短,米粒背、中、腹部的淀粉粒排列紧密.不同年份不同地点间扬两优6号平均受精率比两优培九高5.86%～9.51%,结实率高9.63%～15.55%,充实度高8.21%～16.63%.上述结果表明扬两优6号不仅具有高产量潜力,而且具有高结实特性,结实率高而稳定,籽粒充实度高,有利于发挥超高产优势.

| Abstract: | With indica hybrid rice as material, the grain filling characteristics of two-line super hybrid rice yanglianyou 6 was investigated. Compared with liangyoupeijiu and shanyou 63, the grain yield of yangliangyou 6 increased by 15.05 and 16.63%; Compared with shanyou 63, the spikelets of yangliangyou 6 increased by 19.11%; Compared with liangy-oupeijiu, the seed-setting rate and 1 000-grain weight of Yangliangyou 6 increased by 7.86% and 3.27 %. Compared with lian-gyoupeijiu, the initial growth power of yangliangyou 6 was larger, grain-filling rate was higher, the time of reaching maximum grain-filling rate was shorter, and the starch structure in the back, central and belly of the rice were tightly packed. Compared with liangyoupeijiu, the average fertility rate of yangliangyou 6 increased by 5.86%-9.51% in different locations and years, the maturing rate increased by 9.63%-15.55%, and the grain plumpness increased by 8. 21% - 16. 63%. The result suggested that yangliangyou 6 possessed high yield potential, high characteristics of seed set, high grain plumpness, and the maturing rate was high and stable, which could be helpful to take advantage of super high yield. |
