摘    要:以杜鹃红山茶实生小苗为试验材料,探讨离体快速繁殖的方法。结果表明:茎段外植体在MS+BA 1 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L+GA3 10 mg/L的培养基上培养60 d,侧芽萌发率高达68%;将这些萌发的侧芽连同原来的茎段外植体移至添加BA 0.2~0.4 mg/L的培养基培养1个月,74%的侧芽能够继续生长并形成丛生芽;再将丛生芽移至1/2 MS+IBA 4 mg/L+0.1%活性炭的培养基上培养1个月,得到大量伸长的芽条;将芽条切离母体后插植于1/2 MS+IBA 8 mg/L的培养基,60 d后生根率达到90%。通过以上过程繁殖得到的小苗质量良好,移栽1个月后的成活率可达90%。

Abstract:Seedlings were used as starting materials for investigation on in vitro propagation of Camellia changii. It was found that 68% axillary buds on the explants of stem segments of the seedlings germinated after culture on MS medium containing BA 1 mg/L, IBA 0.01 mg/L and GA3 10 mg/L for two months. When these buds with the mother tissues were subcultured on MS medium containing BA 0.2~0.4 mg/L for one month, 74% of the germinated buds formed multiple tiny shoots. These shoots elongated prominently upon subculture on half strength MS medium containing IBA 4 mg/L and active charcoal 0.1% for one month. These elongated shoots, after isolating from the mother tissues, were transferred to half strength MS medium containing IBA 8 mg/L, a rooting rate as high as 90% were achieved in two months. The so far obtained plantlets were of rather good quality with a survival rate of 90% observed one month after transplantation.
