摘    要:目的]了解不同小麦品种水分胁迫下的萌发特性。方法]以清水为对照,对4个抗旱性不同的小麦品种进行水分胁迫处理,研究水分胁迫对不同小麦品种萌发的影响。结果]水分胁迫对不同小麦品种的胚芽鞘长、主胚根长、侧胚根的长度和数目以及发芽率均有不同程度的抑制,洛旱2号和洛旱6号受抑制的程度小,豫麦34和郑州9023受抑制的程度大。各品种对照和处理的胚芽鞘长、主胚根长、侧胚根的长度和数目的差异均达显著水平。水分胁迫对4个小麦品种的发芽率有显著影响。结论]萌发期胚芽鞘长和主胚根长可作为小麦抗旱性鉴定的指标,而侧胚根的长度和数目与小麦品种的抗旱性表现不一致。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to known about the germination characteristics of different wheat varieties under water stress. Method] With clear water as CK, four wheat varieties with different drought resistances were treated by water stress so as to study the effect of water stress on the germinations of different wheat varieties. Result] Water stress had inhibitions to different degrees on the coleoptile lengths, main radicle lengths, lengths and numbers of lateral radicles and germination rates of different wheat varieties. The inhibition degrees on Luohan 2 and Luohan 6 were small and that on Yumai 34 and Zhengzhou 9023 were big. The differences of coleoptile lengths, main radicle lengths, lengths and numbers of lateral radicles between CK and treatment of each variety reached significant level. Water stress had significant effect on the germination rates of the 4 wheat varieties. Conclusion] The coleoptile length and main radicle length in germination period could be as indices of identifying the drought resistance of wheat. And the length and number of lateral radicles didn't accord with the performance of wheat variety in drought resistance.
