冬小麦新种质开95016矮秆基因遗传研究

摘    要: 为了更深入了解冬小麦矮源开95016矮秆性状的遗传规律,在2004年度研究的基础上(“开95016”为隐性矮秆基因控制),2005~2006年对“开95016”的矮秆遗传规律进行了较为系统的研究。从“开95016”与7个高秆亲本“豫麦2号”、“郑麦9023”、“豫麦18”、“周麦17”、“小冰麦”、“豫麦49”、“周麦13”的杂交F2代分离表明,“开95016”株高受2对以上矮秆基因控制,对各组合回交世代BC1和BC2的株高分离结果进行x2检验,BC1的矮秆株数与半矮秆株数之比为3:1,BC2的半矮秆株数与高秆株数之比1:3。因此,“开95016”的矮秆性状受2对主效隐性矮秆基因控制。

Abstract:In order to study the genetic rule of new wheat germplasm K95016 which was created by Kaifeng research institute of Agricultural Science,on the basis of research in last year(The plant height of K95016 was controlled by recessive dwarf genes),K95016 was hybridzed with taller parent Yumai 2,Zhengmai 9023,Yumai 18,Zhoumai 17,Xiaobingmai,Yumai49 and Zhoumai 13.The segration proportion of F2 generation plant height showed that K95016 had at lest two recessive genes for plant height.The segregation of plant height in BC1 and BC2 showed that K95016 had two recessive dwarf genes.
