| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着城市化步伐的加快和打工经济蓬勃发展,农村人口特别是男性青壮年劳动力因大量外出而减少,农村出现了“妇女留守现象”.文章通过SWOT分析法分析湖南省桃源县农村留守妇女组建“女子管乐队”发展的优势和劣势、机遇和挑战,构建具有地域特色的经济发展模式,为社会主义新农村建设的可持续发展提供理论依据.
