| 摘 要： | 以6个甘薯品种为植物材料,研究含不同质量浓度6 - BA、NAA的3种培养基对甘薯外植体成活率、繁殖系数的影响.结果表明:3种培养基均能提高甘薯外植体成活率,漯徐0213成活率最高,为100.00％,徐薯18最低,为83.33％.6个品种和3种培养基对外植体增殖系数的影响均达到极显著水平,外植体增殖的最佳培养基是MS+...

| Abstract: | The effects of three media contaning various concentrations of 6-BA and NAA on survival rate and propagation coefficient were studied using six sweet potato cultivars as plant materials.The results showed that all the three media could promote the survival rates of the explants of sweet potato;Luoxu0213 had highest survival rate of 100.00% while Xushu18 had the lowest survival rate of 83.33%.The effects of six cultivars and three media on the number of multiplicated explants reached significant level(P<0.01... |
