平顶山烟区烤烟化学成分与吸食质量分析

摘    要:以平顶山烟区主栽品种中烟100,K326和NC89为试验材料,对2009年平顶山烤烟化学成分和吸食质量进行了分析和综合评价。结果表明:平顶山烤烟化学成分在协调性方面与津巴布韦烤烟相比尚有差距;在吸食质量上平顶山烤烟浓香型烟叶风格较为突出,且不同取样点吸食质量差异性较小;聚类分析得出叶县各取样点烟叶与津巴布韦烤烟的化学成分最接近,质量最好;灰色关联度分析得出对平顶山烤烟吸食质量影响较大的化学成分是烟碱和总糖。

Abstract:The main cultivated varieties(Zhongyan-100,K326 and NC89) from Pingdingshan tobacco growing-area in 2009 was taken as testing material to analyze and comprehensively evaluate theirs chemical components and smoking quality.The results showed that the coordination between chemical components in tobacco from Pingdingshan was worse than that from Zimbabwe;the smoking quality of tobacco from Pingdingshan had a strong flavor,and the difference of smoking quality between different sampling points was small.The clu...
